This section provides comprehensive technical details and specifications for our full range of industrial components, including butt hinges, toggle latches, and security fittings. All dimensions are provided in metric and apply to the standard products listed on our site.

Quality and Manufacture.

Our products are manufactured totally from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch here at Venture Products cc. Only the highest grade steels and materials are used, comprising:

  1. Commercial quality mild steels
  2. Stainless steel type 304 and type 316(Non magnetic)
  3. Nylon and High Quality Plastic
  4. Aluminium

Product Range.

Finishing.

Mild steel components are zinc galvanised, either white or yellow passivated.
Various other Mild Steel components are Nickel plated, Black Passivated or Powder coated, this depends on customer requirements.
Stainless Steel components are tumbled and de-burred. These are supplied in their natural state.
